The author either skims over details or spends way too much time on them.A nice little refresher if you forgot what college reading was like.. Despite the title, if you're looking for some general information about streaming media, this isn't the book for you. I also recommend her husband's Mayan publications: the prize-winning Popol Vuh, Breath on the Mirror, Days from a Dream Almanac, and his newest book, the just released Rabinal Achi.. It would have been nice if some other information were included. It was secondhand,would not know it was.. If I had seen the b&w before I purchased it, I would have looked for a used first edition instead.. Thumbs up!. First, the fact that the authors matter-of-factly come out and state that social studies is "vapid, dill and inaccurate" kind of make me raise an eyebrow.
