The 8 year old was more interested than the younger ones and it enhanced our visit to Sunset Beach where we found some Cape May diamonds. This is a book that every parent in America should read. It probably would feel repetitive if you were to plow through the entire thing in one sitting.Also, these strips are so densely-packed with jokes and mayhem, it takes a little while longer to read than your average comic. The book provided both a historical account of the genre (vampire horror?) along with a nice list of related movies. JJ Johnson makes a firm stand embracing the value of science, while at the same time insisting that science does not have all the answers religious insight is needed.
