There is no estimate of American, Coalition, and Iraqi loss of life. The book is written at a level which requires a great deal of abstract reasoning, which is by no means a characteristic of today's students, who are far more into computer stuff than into reasoning. The authors of this book do a good job in bringing alive this historical figure. Good book for introducing weighteven to young learners.. The arrangements are harmonious and sit well. The book, originally published in 1952, hearkens back to the days when sound studio engineers wore white lab coats and carried clipboards. Looking at that title I sure did assume it came with a CD, so I contacted them again regarding the missing software and they responded that the title includes the portion of the CD but if you read their comments it explains there is no CD included. The historical notes are great, and act as a complement to the physical problems (I'm not a big fan of history in textbooks, but this book does a nice job of integrating it).Lots of problems are given, though no solutions are given for any of them. Paleo and vegetarian - two things I never thought I would find myself exploring but in an effort to become more health conscious - I felt the need to to explore every option. Most rides have ups and downs; Scott and Shaaren's story is simply down and down more. Great condition.. I will definitely read this more
